meme4 conducts KYC verification as a condition of processing any withdrawal from your Account. Accepted identification documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or a valid Indonesian or international passport. Additional supporting documents — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at meme4's discretion. KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in the formats specified by meme4's support team.
meme4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — if meme4 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that: (a) false or misleading registration information was provided; (b) the Account holder is not eligible under Clause 2; (c) the Account is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your meme4 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
meme4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to meme4 support immediately.
meme4 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) for bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. meme4 does not impose platform-side deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which meme4 accepts no liability.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or any other person — are not permitted and will be returned at meme4's discretion, potentially triggering a KYC review.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawal processing times are: bank transfers 5–15 minutes; e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) 1–10 minutes. meme4 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 22:00 WIB.
meme4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). meme4 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than IDR.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without compensation. meme4 recommends reviewing the expiry dates of all active bonuses in your Account dashboard.

meme4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
